About Fantasy League Games

Fantasy League Ltd. originated the fantasy football concept in 1991, and ever since has continued to innovate with fantasy games on a wide range of sports as well as music, film and finance.

The company is based in London and with 25 staff solely focused on the production of online fantasy games, is Europe's market leading provider in this growing field.

July 2009 - New Logo

Fantasy League has unveiled its new logo in time for the new Barclays Premier League season. It will be used across all games run by Fantasy League. This includes our own branded games and all games licensed to third parties. Andrew Wainstein, Managing Director, comments "The objective was to move the logo from a print-focused design to one that was cleaner and more legible online. We’re delighted with the new design which is a more up-to-date reflection of our business as an innovative creator of online games and communities. But at the same time we recognise our credentials as the original fantasy football game, and to that end have retained some of the core elements and colours of our previous logo."

May 2009 - Channel 4 win Fantasy League Five-a-Side Championship

Defending champions Channel 4 retained their Fantasy League Five-a-Side Championship crown at a wet and windy Wembley Goals Soccer Centre. Channel 4, who won the inaugural tournament in August 2008, beat Black Sun 2-0 in the final after a hard fought afternoon of football where nine teams battled it out with the weather, and among themselves in the league phase, for a place in the semi-finals. Hamerville Hotshots topped the league table after going eight games unbeaten, but went down 1-0 in the semi-final to losing finalists Black Sun. Melbourne IT took the last semi-final place only to come up against eventual winners Channel 4. Fantasy League's own team crashed out in the league stage once again, but are confident of success in the next Fantasy League Five-a-Side Championship.
