England midfielder Joe Cole could feature for Chelsea this weekend after making a surprise appearance on the bench against Porto in midweek. Cole was linked with a move to Sunday's opponents Tottenham during the summer and could make his Premier League return after a lengthy spell on the sidelines. Deco is expected to be fit after getting over a calf problem and Didier Drogba will be back in the team after sitting out the Champions League game.

Harry Redknapp must decide whether to play Carlo Cudicini or Gomes in goal against Chelsea after the latter recovered from injury.
