Harry, long balls to Peter Crouch is the main problem. Our form dip after we switch fr long fluid passing to Wimbeldon style balls to the box for tat 7th footer. This is not Tottenham Hotspurs ! Spurs are very much a work in progress type of team. Harry is doing just fine, but as we saw against the potters we are not ready just yet.

Hope Luka Modric will be back soon .. . so we can get back on winning streak track. Still short of cover on left wing and center backs but mind . . for the first time ... really as a Spurs fan for 28 yrs, this team really is going somewhere this time, no more disappointment this season . . Apart from the fact that their central defenders are the most injury prone unit ever assembled: King and Woodgate in the same team, it should never happen. I see this morning that 3 of the 4 are already listed as injured or doubtful.

A pretty good line up for home games, but I'd like to see a bit more steel in midfield for away. I hope that we don't just play Crouch on his own and go long all the time!

As it appears that we have a pest problem here, red mites by the look of it, I am happy to suggest that a little Goodison on the 14th will sort out all the noise problem. However, if this is then followed by the standard Fulham test in the home and the red mites are found wanting then there could be a substantial increase in the whining and whinging index. This may well cause discontent on the board where on e man, with an eye on takeover, did offer £60 mill for transfers but was firmly resisted. Whilst it is true that Spurs have a lot of concerns this season, not least having no central defence, we know our manager is safe. Gooners out of top four and Wenger gone by Christmas, oh yeah, and possible relegation for the troublesome little mites as well.

let's hope with harry we get the players that gets us that extra step for the top four, and hope for a good season.
