Blackburn
Blackburn are in the hunt for a striker to replace Roque Santa Cruz and have been linked with moves for Darren Bent and Kenwyne Jones. Tottenham misfit Bent seemed on the verge of sealing a transfer to Sunderland, but his head might be turned by a move to Ewood Park. Or Blackburn will sign Sunderland hit-man Jones once Bent seals a deal with the Black Cats.

Spurs have already been linked with talented Sheffield United full-backs Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker and will have even more cash in the bank if Darren Bent completes an £11m move to either Sunderland or Blackburn.
