FAQ'S
I can't remember my login details, what can I do?
You can login using either your registered e-mail address or username. Enter one of these in the first login box,
and your password, to login. If you don't know your password, click the 'lost password' link under the login boxes.
We will then reset your password and send a link and temporary password to reset it. It may help to copy and
paste the link sent in the e-mail into a web browser as sometimes clicking the link can cause browsers to only
accept the first line. Any further problems with this please e-mail the address at the top of the page.
How do I set-up or join a friends league?
You can see your active leagues on the display on the right hand side, however if you want to join or create a new
one then just click the link under the 'your leagues' section, just under your team on your team page. From here you
can find an existing league by name, chairman detail or pin or enter the name of your new league to set-up a new one,
which you can then access to see the table and send invites.
I'm having issues joining a friends league, what can I do?
When teams are created it may take up to five minutes for you to add teams into a league, which is due to
processes such as adding your teams to a prize league. If you are having problems then you may need to wait a
few minutes, and refresh the page of the league you want to join, before either applying to join or entering your join code.
What do I have to do to score points for my players?
Your players will need to be on your pitch at the time of a scheduled match to score points for that specific match. To make
sure they are, you will either need to do a manual sub by dragging the shirt of your sub from your team page, over the shirt
of a player on the pitch and click 'save changes'. Alternatively you can let our supersubs system do the work for you
by clicking the 'supersubs' button on your team page and selecting which players you want to play in all future matches.
What are the Game Phases?
To keep the rivalry and drama going throughout the tournament, and to give you more chances to win, we’ve split the game into five Game Periods.
You can make up to five transfers in a Game Phase (as long as you have some transfers left out of your tournament total of 15) and the number of players per country available to pick for your team (Country Quota in the table below) starts off at two and increases to four in the Knock Out stage.

What is the format of the Prize League?
Your team will compete against nine other Euro 2012 teams, entered around the same time as yours. This league will
take into account points earned for the group stages of the Euro 2012 tournament, played over Game Phase 1, Game Phase 2
and Game Phase 3 of the Fantasy League Classic Euro 2012 game.. Once the group stages are over, your position in this
table will determine which tier you progress to, and from there it's a full-on sprint to the end in the new tiered
leagues to determine the prize winners. Remember that there are double points awarded in the knockouts!
One of my players has been injured or knocked out of the tournament, what can I do?
You can either leave this player in your team, and not score any further points for them, or use one of your available
transfers to transfer someone else in, it's your call.
What changes for my team once the knockouts begin?
After the group stages finish, you will then be able to have four players per county in your team, assuming you have enough
transfers left to bring some in! You will also score double points (positive and negative) in the knockout stages.
Is there a number I can call to speak to someone?
Yes, we do try and answer all e-mails within 48 hours, but if you haven't got a response and would like to speak
to a member of our games team please call 0207 428 2121.
