How do I change my team name, badge or pitch?
You can change all these from the 'Team Options' button, which is located just below the pitch on your team page.
I have a player in my team, who has transfered to another Premier League club, what happens now?
As stated in the game rules, Players stay allocated to the team they were at when you bought him to avoid this
situation invalidating teams. Say for example you bought Robin van Perise, while at Arsenal and then he moves to Man City and you already have two other Man
City players, this real life transfer would otherwise then invalidate your team. Van Persie will therefore
continue to be shown as a Arsenal player in your team, but still score the points he accumulates for Man City.
If you were to sell him, you can then only buy him back as a City player.
I can't remember my login details, what can I do?
You can login using either your registered e-mail address or username. Enter one of these in the first login box,
and your password in the second, to login. If you don't know your password, click the 'lost password' link under
the login boxes. We will then send you a new password, which you can use to login. Any further problems with
this, just e-mail our address at the top of this page
How do I set-up or join a friends league?
You can see your active leagues on the display on the right hand side, however if you want to join or create
a new one then just click the link under the 'your leagues' section, just under your team on your team page. From
here you can find an existing league by name, chairman detail or pin or enter the name of your new league to
set-up a new one, which you can then access to see the table and send invites.
I've created my own league instead of joining one, how do I remove it?
Simply go to the league you have created by clicking on the name of the league from the 'your leagues'
section of your team page and click the red cross on the right side of your team name to remove the team and league.
You can then navigate back to join a league from the 'your leagues' section, making sure to put the required
information in the 'find league' box rather than the 'create league' one.
What do I have to do to score points for my players?
Your players will need to be on your pitch at the time of a scheduled match to score points for that specific match.
To make sure they are, you will either need to do a manual sub by dragging the shirt of your sub from your team page,
over the shirt of a player on the pitch and click 'save changes'. Alternatively you can let our supersubs system
do the work for you by clicking the 'supersubs' button on your team page and selecting which players you want to play
in all future matches.
I'm trying to do a transfer but the page keeps telling me it will result in an illegal formation, what can i do?
You will need to make a manual sub, putting the player you wish to sell on to the bench to ensure the transfer does not
invalidate your first XI formation. You can do this by dragging the shirt of your sub from your team page, over the shirt of
a player on the pitch you wish to transfer out and click 'save changes'. You can then process the transfer without issue.
