Balotelli back after ban

Manchester City have Mario Balotelli available again after suspension, and he could start, when they host Norwich on Saturday.

Rafael van der Vaart is available for Tottenham's game against Bolton following his latest hamstring injury after returning to training.

Aston Villa will welcome back skipper Stilian Petrov when they host Manchester United on Saturday evening.

Dimitar Berbatov has been ruled out of the trip to Villa with an ankle injury, while United will also be without Rafael and Fabio.

Everton defender Sylvain Distin is back in contention for a starting role against Stoke after recovering from his recent groin injury.

Blackburn will line up against Swansea without their midfield engine Steven N'Zonzi, who serves the second match of a three-game ban for violent conduct.

Swansea will be without Angel Rangel and Danny Graham for their trip to Ewood Park because of ankle injuries.

Damien Duff limped out of Fulham's Europa League defeat at the hands of FC Twente on Thursday night and is a major doubt for Monday's game against Liverpool.

Liverpool have been hit by the news that in-form midfielder Lucas will miss the rest of the season because of an anterior knee ligament injury.
