The latest injury and suspension news for the weekend's action

Newcastle could be boosted by the return of captain Fabricio Coloccini for their trip to West Ham on Saturday.

The Toon Army have plummeted towards the relegation zone and lost 6-0 Liverpool, but Coloccini is expected to make a timely comeback following two months on the sidelines.

Staying in the North East and the battle for top flight survival, Sunderland will be without attacking spark Stephane Sessegnon for the rest of the season.

Sessegnon was sent off against Aston Villa and has been given a three-match ban, starting with the visit of Stoke on Monday night.

The Merseyside derby takes centre stage on Sunday and it promises to be an enthralling encounter with Liverpool and Everton battling for local supremacy.

Champions Manchester United host Chelsea and will be without injured forward Danny Welbeck.

Aaron Lennon returned for Tottenham at Wigan last time out and the lively winger could start at home to Southampton, and his former team-mate Dimitar Berbatov has overcome injury fears to face Reading.
