German makes it six wins from eight races at his title domination continues

Sebastian Vettel got back to winning ways with a convincing victory at the European Grand Prix on the streets of Valencia.

The Red Bull man led from start to finish and moved 77 points ahead of his nearest challengers in the race for the World Drivers' Championship.

Ferrari man Fernando Alonso won a close battle with Vettel's team-mate Mark Webber to claim second place, while Lewis Hamilton coasted home in fourth.

Hamilton and his McLaren team-mate Jenson Button struggled for pace all weekend and Button brought his car home in sixth, just behind the second Ferrari of Felipe Massa.

Nico Rosberg finished seventh in his Mercedes, ahead of Jamie Alguersuari who drove his Toro Rosso right through the field after starting 18th on the grid.

Adrian Sutil's Force India finished in ninth and Nick Heidfeld's Renault was 10th.

The reliability of the teams this season was once again evident as all 24 cars finished the race.
