Two quality defensive midfielders, but Shevchenko remains vital

Star Man - Andriy Shevchenko

Undoubtedly the main threat in the Ukraine side, even at the age of 35, is captain and main striker Andriy Shevchenko.

The former Chelsea and AC Milan man, who is now back at Dynamo Kiev, has scored 46 goals in 105 games in an impressive career for his country, which stretches back to 1995.

He has not played as much for Kiev this season, but still managed six goals in his 16 Ukrainian Premier League games.

One to Watch - Andriy Yarmolenko

Dynamo Kiev winger Andriy Yarmolenko was hailed as the 'new Shevchenko' when he burst onto the scene with a goal on his debut in 2008.

In recent years he has established himself in the Kiev first team, scoring 30 goals in 84 games to date.

The 22-year-old is a quality wide man, but can also be used as a support striker.

He has seven goals in 18 caps for his country meaning opposition defenders will definitely need to keep an on him.
