Fantasy League Pro Euro 2012 allows you to take control of a select group of world stars and lead them to glory against your closest colleagues!
This is fantasy football as originally designed, with a pre-tournament auction to select your stars.
And best of all, the game is FREE to play, so there is absolutely nothing to stop you from signing up to prove your superior football knowledge against your nearest and dearest!
The Auction
Fantasy League Pro offers the ultimate football experience, a player auction where you must scrap for individual players with your fellow league members. Any one player can only play for any one team, so do you go in hard and heavy to obtain the services of a Xavi, Ozil or Van Persie, or do you sit back as the bidding war intensifies, confident in your ability to spot a bargain after your rivals have wasted all their cash?
In Fantasy League Professional, the choice is yours. But all other managers will also be planning to steal a march, so protect your cash wisely and make every penny of your budget count!
Euro 2012 is a competition that reaches out to all corners of the continent, and much further beyond. And you needn't worry if your fellow managers are also spread far and wide. The Fantasy League Professional website allows for either a live face-to-face auction at, perhaps, your favourite drinking establishment, or a digital auction via our online auction tool that will enable you to bid for that winning squad from the comfort of your own managerial boardroom!
Tournament Action
Of course, the auction is only the start of it all. The matches that make up Euro 2012 will be coming thick and fast during June. Your players will score points based on their real-life performances in each match, with our classic Fantasy League scoring system that awards points for goals, assists and clean sheets. With double points available during the Knock Out stage, the competition will remain intense all the way through to the final.
Team management
Select your starting 11. Bench the underperforming players. Wheel and deal with other managers. Pick up free agents and sack those players who flop. Fantasy League Professional has everything the wily manager needs to make those tactical decisions and change the course of their team’s campaign.
Customisable Rules
For those that want to make a quick start to their international managerial career, we'll suggest some default league rules when you set up your auction. But Fantasy League Professional would not be Professional without the ability to tweak your league rules to suit your league and group of managers. So you have the option to set your own team budgets and transfer window rules. Or select which formations will be available to managers, And choose how many players each manager can select from any one real-life nation, a quota which you could increase as the tournament progresses and teams get knocked out!
