Storing Your Personal Data
By submitting your personal data, you agree to Fantasy League transferring, storing or processing this data. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that your data is treated securely and in agreement with this Privacy Policy. Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be securely stored. We do not store payment card details.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically. Transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Data Removal
This section sets out our policy for responding to requests for deletion of data under UK data protection law. It explains the rights of the data subject in relation to data deletion and the responsibilities of Fantasy League in responding with such a request.

- Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed.
- When the individual withdraws consent.
- When the individual objects to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the relevant processing activity.
- When the personal data was unlawfully processed.
- Where the personal data has to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.
The Fantasy League online system stores data about individuals in order to create a Fantasy League account. We store the name, email address, and home address (if provided) for each individual in order to create an account, which is stored on our secure servers for the duration of your game. This data is stored and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We will delete the user data upon request (via email to auctionsupport@fantasyleague.com) or upon closure of your account (via a request), or after three years of non-usage.
This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or Fantasy League employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed cannot be recovered at any time.
Disclosing Your Information
Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).
We may only disclose your personal information to third parties:
- Where we are legally required to disclose your information.
- To assist fraud protection and minimise credit risk.
