i. Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed;

iii. When the individual objects to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the relevant processing activity;

iv. When the personal data was unlawfully processed;

v. Where the personal data has to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.

4. WHAT INFORMATION DOES FANTASY LEAGUE RETAIN?

The Fantasy League online system stores data about individuals in order to create a Fantasy League account. We store the name, e-mail address, home address (if provided), for each individual in order to create an account, which is stored on our secure servers for the duration of your game. This data is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. HOW CAN DATA BE DELETED?

We will delete the user data upon request (via email to [email protected]) or upon closure of your account (via a request), or after three years of non usage.

This data is deleted from the system immediately and cannot be recovered by any users or fantasy league employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any time.

DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION

Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).

We may only disclose your personal information to third parties:
